Victor is a Panamanian animator, illustrator, and compositor currently based on Brooklyn, New York. Currently enrolled in Pratt's 2D Animation BFA program set to graduate in Spring of 2025. From an early age, anime shows and cartoons captured in him the sense of freedom of movement, expression, and storytelling that would soon become the backbone of his career. Most of his animations are characterized by their focus on mood and feeling, shown through a combination of colorful, ephemeral backgrounds paired with grounded character acting. He shows proficiency in color theory, composition, and a strong sense for realistic locomotion.

Victor's goal is to aim to create scenes and moments that are both relatable and encouraging to the audience.

Programs and software under his portfolio include many of the industry standards for Animation, Illustration, Compositing and Video Editing. Such as Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, ToonBoom Harmony, ToonBoom StoryBoard, and OpenToonz.
